Provisional date for next years Tempo Spring Duathlon is Saturday 28th March.
Well done to everyone for completing the inaugural Tempo Duathlon. A big thank you also to the marshals both on the run course and the bike course, and to the weather for being brilliant.
The results are now up (red button above) apologies for the delay but we were clearing the course. I haven’t yet taken off the times that you were stopped at traffic lights (if at all) and will do that shortly.

Minimum age for this race is 17 years old.
Registration opens at 7.30 am and the race starts at 9 am
You will be issued with a race number which must be clearly visible either on your front or back at all times. You will also be number marked on your hand with a pen. Number belts are allowed, all we ask it that we can see your number at the timing points as a backup to the electronic system.
Your race pack will also contain 2 smaller labels which are to be attached to your bike and helmet, this must be done prior to entering transition.
You will also be issued with a timing chip, this must be worn on the outside of the left ankle and returned after the race. Lost chips will be charged at £5 each.
All competitors must comply with BTF rules (it is recommended that you read the BTF rules and regulations which will be applied to all races) All competitors must be licensed to race, those non BTF members will be required to pay a £5 levy for a day licence, this is payable on the day at registration. (This is not included in your entry fee) BTF members must produce their licence at registration or a £5 levy will be charged prior to racing.
Security will always be present in the transition area. Only competitors wearing their number will be allowed in or out of this area. No riding is allowed in the transition area. Your helmet must be fastened on your head at all times whilst you are on your bike or running with your bike through transition.
Mementos to all finishers and prizes to first three men, first three women.
The first run section will be 3 x 2 mile loops taking place around the village and the College campus, followed by a 22.87 mile 36 km bike taking in villages and roads of Warwickshire. The final run section will be two loops of the 2 mile run course.
As there are only weeks to go before this race we will not be issuing any refunds. Competitors may transfer their entries to another as long as we are informed of the details, for safety reasons.
